Mack Drum Smokers started as a father-and-son project, building a few drum smokers for backyard cooking. After looking at many of the designs on the market, we believed we could build something better—something more durable, better performing, and built with pride.

What began as a small project quickly grew when friends and neighbors started asking if we could build smokers for their own backyards. My wife and I saw it as a great opportunity for our son to earn some extra money while learning the value of hard work, responsibility, and how to run a small business.

Before long, local competition BBQ teams began asking us to build smokers for them as well. After many conversations as a family, we realized this could become something bigger than we ever expected. That’s when Mack Drum Smokers officially became a family business.

Today, after building many smokers, we are proud to produce some of the finest drum smokers on the market—at an affordable price compared to many competitors. Each smoker is handcrafted with attention to detail, performance, and durability.
